In October 2010, I realized my weight had risen to a number that it never reached before. I was hesitant to join another exercise program or fitness center because I had belonged to a few clubs in the past and for whatever reason was not committed.
I heard about Ellipse Fitness and there were some folks that I knew that had some fantastic results. I decided to give it a try. I started going 3 days a week and then 5 days per week. I watched what I was eating and began to see results. I’ve lost 30 pounds and what’s most important to me is I’ve been able to maintain the loss, where with other programs I lost but gained the weight back.
The most important aspect of their program is how the workout has made me feel physically and mentally. Also when it’s time to head to the studio for my 6:00 a.m. workout I have never felt, “I don’t feel like going to Ellipse today.” I enjoy working out to the various exercise programs. I am about to finish my 3rd year and will continue being one of the 6:00 a.m. participants for years to come.
