Ellipse Fitness offers several different membership options to meet the varying needs and demands of our members.

Team Training

  • Memberships vary from 2-6 days per week!
  • Kickboxing, strength, cardiovascular & high intensity training

Team Training Plus Weight Loss Program

  •  Unlimited Team training
  • Kickboxing, strength, cardiovascular & high intensity training
  • 1 hour initial weight loss consultation
  • Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions

Customized Semi-Private Training*

  • Unlimited Team Training including kickboxing, strength, cardiovascular and high intensity training
  • Customized training with a personal trainer 2-6x/week
  • Unlimited independent use of the Training Center
  • Custom fitness program design – updated every 4-6 weeks
  • Meet with your personal coach every 4-6 weeks to assess progress

One-on-One Personal Training*

  • Unlimited Team Training including kickboxing, strength, cardiovascular and high intensity training
  • Customized one-on-one training with a personal trainer 1-6x/week
  • Customized small group team training with a personal trainer 1-6x/week
  • Unlimited independent use of the Training Center
  • Custom fitness program design – updated every 4-6 weeks
  • Meet with your personal coach every 4-6 weeks to assess progress
