After working in the fitness industry and being a part of some large named gyms in Texas, I found Ellipse’s sessions to be some of the most exceptional and best in the industry. Hi! I’m Tiffany and I started my Ellipse journey as a member for several years before I became an employee. I had always gone to your typical large gym where I was just another face in the crowd. My first experience at Ellipse was a boot camp program and I was incredibly impressed. Every single one of the staff knew my name and made me feel at home every time I came in to workout. On top of that, I had lost 19 pounds during my 8 week boot camp!!! I was infatuated from there on out and still am! Every day the workouts are new and exciting and always challenging.
It has always been a passion of mine to help others and to give them that motivation to reach their goals. I truly believe that you can do anything you put your mind to if it is something you really want. Here at Ellipse we work hard but we make it fun! When I am not at Ellipse I am always out and about. Whether its snowboarding at the nearest ski hill, playing beach volley ball at Bradford or just going for a run with my puppy, I am hardly ever sitting still! I believe that life is too short to sit and wait. I bring that mindset with me every day to work to inspire people to be the best version of themselves. And at the end of the day, when our members walk out of here with smiles on their faces, I know I have done my job!

Ever since I was a teenager, I have been determined to find the answer to this question, can working out actually be fun? Growing up in a family of naturally thin people, and not being one of them, I had to make fitness fun for myself or I knew I would never stick to it. I’ve since gotten into running, swimming, kickboxing, and ultimate frisbee. After I graduated Marquette, I found Ellipse Fitness, and I had a blast in all our sessions and also a great workout! I’ve always enjoyed being a part of a team, and at Ellipse, I still feel that way! We provide team training sessions and personal training to push you to be your best, but also have a great time. I have been an athlete and coach my entire life and have always been very passionate about finding and maintaining life-long wellness, both for myself and others. While attending the University of Wisconsin Parkside, I played on the collegiate women's soccer team and completed courses in fitness, nutrition, and injury care/prevention. After graduating in 2012, I was determined to stay fit. Not having scheduled soccer practices integrated into my daily life meant that I was on my own. Now, in life after college, I pursued my Personal Training certification and I have been searching for a new team to share my passion of life-long wellness with...and Ellipse is the perfect place for that! Come sweat it out and let me challenge you to reach your personal best, each and every training session. I will be right beside you, every step of the way!

Fitness and health has always been a huge part of my life. When I stepped on the University of St Thomas campus as an eager 18-year-old freshman, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, until I met with the health and human performance department. I finally found my passion in life, fitness. A little bit more about myself, I was a four-year runner at the University of St Thomas, competing in the 800m in track and running cross country in the fall. Now that I’m graduated and done running for a team, I pick up distance running and competing in about 4 races a year, all the way from the Marathon down to the 5K. In the Summer of 2016 I plan on completing my first couple triathlons as well. I’m a competitor at heart so the races keep me competing. I majored in exercise science from the University of St Thomas, so exercise is my specialty.
This is why I love Ellipse fitness and love the environment it creates. Ellipse is much more than just a workout or exercise, it’s a lifestyle that I love being a part of. Between the workouts and the health tips and diet guidelines, we succeed in making you the healthiest you can be. Most importantly the social connections and friendships that are made in Ellipse keeps everyone motivated and happy. I’m so glad I was able to find Ellipse and be a part of the Ellipse family, I hope you come in and see the amazing, welcoming environment here. I am 43 years old and have 2 daughters who are my greatest blessings! I have absolutely loved being a coach at Ellipse Fitness for the past 4 years! Having taught at various fitness facilities over the past 13 years, I can honestly say that the comprehensive fitness program at Ellipse is top notch. I enjoy educating, motivating, and pushing members to achieve their personal best. Many people are surprised to learn that there was a time in my life that I was quite unhealthy and very overweight. Thankfully, through clean eating, effective exercise, determination and sweat, I achieved my fitness goals and feel transformed! I believe the lessons I learned during that time could help other people overcome their own struggles. Because I am passionate about helping people live healthier lives, I am currently working toward a doctorate in counseling psychology as well as working towards my Personal Fitness Certification. I hope that everyone I coach leaves my training sessions with a satisfying sense of accomplishment!

I love how Ellipse Fitness integrates functionality into exercise! It is so important to increase wellness in such a way that it can apply directly to your life. I am here to help you become aware of what it means to truly be healthy. For this to happen, I must bring to light that your body and mind are one! If our bodies are predominantly sedentary and we consume foods that are absent of rich nutrients, it will affect emotional stability and mental clarity. If our minds are not properly rested through appropriate sleeping patterns or methods of relaxation, it influences our body’s energy and can lead to adrenal fatigue, beginning the process of dis-ease. It is possible to generate our own vitality by listening to your body and following through. Once you take personal responsibility and begin self-discipline, you can achieve grand goals! I hope to guide you towards self-improvement, help you become more comfortable with yourself, learn something new and have you leave with a smile. I have experience with weight training, obstacle running, yoga, postural correction, self-defense, yoga and meditation. If you have questions, ask. I’m anticipating growing stronger with you!
