1      Lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey

1      Red Onion, chopped

1     15 Oz. Can Tomato Sauce

1     Tsp. Dried Oregano

6     Light Buns

Chopped Romaine Lettuce

1/2 Cup Fat Free Feta Cheese

Directions:  Cook ground turkey and chopped red onion until meat is no longer pink; drain.  Stir in 15-oz. can tomato sauce and oregano.  Simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.  Serve on a toasted Light bun with 1/3 cup chopped romaine and 4 tsp. fat free feta each.
