Ellipse workouts are fun and motivating. Every session is led by a coach who offers personal attention in a positive, fun and energizing setting. We don’t rely on complicated machines, treadmills or heavy equipment. All of our programs are designed to deliver a complete, whole body workout to strengthen and tone all muscle groups. To keep your body responding, our custom programs employ a variety of proven training techniques: kickboxing, dumbbells, kettle bells, stability balls, ropes, resistance movements, TRX suspension bands and tried-and-true boot camp style exercises.

Ellipse’s custom training included all the benefits of Team Training, but with a customized program designed by a certified personal trainer specifically for your fitness goals and objectives. This special membership can be adjusted to account for specific fitness objectives (running, golfing, other sporting activities) or for people with limitations due to past injuries or simply for the person who needs more attention or accountability to meet their goals.
