Ellipse Fitness Training Center offers group training programs designed by Certified Fitness Professionals to deliver a balanced mix of strength, cardio and high intensity interval training (HIIT). Our format will help you lose weight, burn fat, kick-start your metabolism, tone your muscles, and increase your energy and well-being. You’ll look and feel great!
Ellipse Fitness workouts are fun and motivating. Every session is led by a coach who offers personal attention in a positive, fun and energizing setting. We don’t rely on complicated machines, treadmills or heavy equipment. All of our programs are designed to deliver a complete, whole body workout to strengthen and tone all muscle groups. To keep your body responding, our custom programs employ a variety of proven training techniques: kickboxing, dumbbells, kettle bells, stability balls, ropes, resistance movements, TRX suspension bands and tried-and-true boot camp style exercises.

Ellipse Fitness Group Personal Training sessions are regularly scheduled throughout the week so there is always an option to fit fitness into your busy schedule. The workouts are designed by certified fitness professionals and change daily so your body will respond optimally and you’ll never be bored. Your coach will guide you through a series of movements that include a combination of kickboxing, strength, cardiovascular and high intensity training.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
At Ellipse Fitness we are dedicated to helping our members reach their goals as quickly as possible while minimizing risk and ensuring effective program implementation. That is why we offer small group personal training (5 or less participants) at numerous times throughout the week, included with standard membership.
