Ellipse Fitness Training Center’s Nutrition & Weight Loss Program is designed to help people achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle by learning to eat right, lose weight safely, and keep it off. Regular sessions with a personal weight loss coach provide accountability, support and motivation in achieving target goals. The program includes:
- Private, weekly, one-on-one consultations with a personal Ellipse Weight Loss Coach.
- Confidential, weekly weigh-in, measurement and body fat analysis to help stay on track.
- Customized Meal Plans for both men and women that take the guess work out of what to eat.
- New tips and recipes provided every week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even dessert – eliminating the boredom of futile or unhealthy fad diets.
- Tips on food choices when dining out at restaurants.
- Useful strategies for eating and enjoying real food.
The Ellipse Weight Loss Program is not a starvation diet. We believe that you have to eat to lose weight, the difference is what you eat and how you prepare it.
