Ellipse Fitness Holiday Pork Roast

Holiday Cranberry-Apricot Pork Roast with Potatoes
1 boneless whole pork loin roast (3 lbs)
4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 can (14 oz.) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 can (15 oz.) apricot halves, drained
1 medium onion, quartered
½ cup chopped dried apricots
1 Tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. ground mustard
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
1. Cut roast in half. Place potatoes in a slow cooker. Add the pork
2. In a blender, combine the cranberry sauce, apricots, onion, dried apricots, sugar, mustard, and cayenne. Cover and process for 30 seconds or until almost smooth.
3. Pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees and pork is tender
4. Remove pork and potatoes to a serving platter and bowl. Pour cooking juices into a pitcher; serve with meat and potatoes.

  1. Hi my name is aaron and i am from team 3102 (TNT). I am a senior this year and our team rellay admires you guys and we look up to you as mentors. I have seen past videos of you guys on youtube and you guys are fricken awsome probally the best i have seen!! I was just wandering for this year, the event ultimate ascent. We are planning to shoot for the 2pt and we feel like we have a rellay great mechanism that will work but i was just wandering if you guys have any ideas to pick up the frisbee? (we are mostly thinking about scooping them up) An if you guys need help we could also help you! (LOL). The only reason i laugh is cause you guys are bomb and you will never need our help! We would rellay appriciate it if you guys helped us out. The other thing i was wandering about the rules our team went over the rules but it doesnt describe some of them that well and i have a view questions.1. Can we be 84in when we are shooting? 2. What is the auto zone is that our shooting area?3. Can we hold 4 WHITE frisbees at a time?4. Can we be 84in when we try to climb the tower?5. Can we extend outside our robot at all times?Thanks team 3102
