Tuna and White Bean Salad from Ellipse Fitness
2 Cans Chunk Tuna in Water
1 Can White Beans (i.e: Chickpeas)
1 Medium Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Red Onion, Chopped
4 Cups Lettuce or Spinach Greens
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and server on a bed of lettuce greens and/or spinach.
