It’s been a crazy few weeks! The Rock Your Jeans Challenge has EXPLODED! People are SO excited to Rock their Jeans and truthfully, so am I!! It’s going to be a challenge that’s a lot of fun, a lot of work and yes, we’re going to make some sacrifices. Some more than others…to lose two jean sizes in 8 weeks! What are you willing to sacrifice or work for to be two sizes smaller?
Let’s talk about a few of the questions I received about this program. How much is it? When is it? How hard are the workouts? What’s the “diet”? — I hate to think the answers people were hoping for were — Free, a time totally convenient to them lasting about 15 minutes, workouts are short and easy and there’s no need to worry about the nutrition. Why would I think people didn’t want these answers??
To be successful, really successful– takes work. It takes persistence and a lot of times it takes a little pain. BUT when you’re willing to put in the work and the pain, isn’t the success that much sweeter? Isn’t the success that much EASIER when you’re working and focused on it? Hope isn’t work. Wishing for smaller jeans isn’t the answer. Put in the work, put in the effort, follow the program and be successful. It’s not easy. But it IS possible for those that are willing to do whatever it takes! You just have to want it for yourself! I can’t want it for you, others can’t do the work…it’s up to you. I believe in you, do you?
